We are thrilled to introduce Mill Station: a 21st century retail and restaurant destination that will breathe new life into the Owings Mills community, provide exciting new amenities and bring back much-needed character and refinement to this outdated shopping center.

Gone are hundreds of thousands of feet of shuttered storefronts, empty escalators, and vacant spaces. In its place: 575,000 square feet of restaurants, shops and green space, with ample parking and pedestrian walkways throughout the site and connecting to nearby businesses and homes.

Headlining this dynamic new development is Costco, bringing to the area a much-needed 148,000-square-foot warehouse club featuring a deli, bakery, food court, garden center, optical department, photo center and a gas station.  In addition, the  AMC Theater will soon be fully modernized to offer a state-of-the-art cinema experience.
